Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Return Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of grooming products that have been opened, used, or tested. This includes items where protective seals have been broken.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to process a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, sale items, promotional bundles, or custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@brocchiformen.com.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
